Radcliff is relocating its corporate headquarters to the 104,000-sf office building in downtown Chandler from the Mesa area. Michelle Conley of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Radcliff in the lease. Radcliff Technologies owns Radcliff Consultants, an accounting and financial services outsourcing firm.
Jeff Hartland and Laurel Lewis, also of Grubb &Ellis, hold the leasing assignment for the Equus-owned building, formerly known as the Rocky Mountain Financial Center. The building has such low vacancy rates because of the exodus of its 68,000-sf anchor tenant, USA Group. The 15-year-old office building is bringing $17.50 per sf.
