It has excellent street frontage and is easily accessible from the 55 Freeway, according to Vincent Von der Ahe, managing member of buyer VDAP Properties LLC. In addition, a new Home Depot across the street from the complex has increased traffic here, "making the park an even more desirable place in which to locate," Von der Ahe adds.
Encompassing 185,401 sf, the property is 90% occupied. Tenants here include Fiber U.S.A., Kimco Staffing, Creative Solutions GP, Progressive Floor Covering and Techline Studio.
