Insignia/ESG director Paul Holland and associate Stephanie Davis brokered the deal. Davis tells GlobeSt.com that the 159,580-sf Metro Marketplace was simply the right location for the school because it has excellent access and interstate exposure.
In a prepared statement, Holland said the location "offers plenty of parking and first-rate neighbors like OfficeMax and Toys R Us." The school also has a campus at 1409 W. Southern Ave. in the Valley's northwest submarket. The massage therapy learning institute operates five campuses in Utah, Nevada and Arizona.
