First Horizon signed on for 7 1/2 years at the Camelback Corridor building. Blaine Black and Pat Devine, both of the Phoenix office for Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., represented First Horizon in the lease negotiations.

The 24th at Camelback is a 301,614-sf office building owned by Houston-based Hines and Lend Lease. The building, completed in June 2000, has Grubb & Ellis, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Regus Business Center, Cisco Systems and Harris Trust Bank on its tenant roll.

Jeff Hartland, Don Arones and Tom Jacobs, all of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix team, represented Hines Interests LLP/Lend Lease. The 93%-occupied building carries a quoted rate of $28.50 per sf. The premier office building is one of six in Hines' Phoenix portfolio.
