In a deal valued at more than $1.4 million, Alvarado Hospital Medical Center Inc., signed a more than five-year lease for 11,634 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Dr. Alvarado is an acute care medical and surgical hospital located in the San Diego suburb of La Mesa. The offices will be used to support the hospital¹s administrative operations. Ken Kisbert of Burnham Real Estate represented The Shidler Group. Tim Rose of National Real Estate Services, Inc. represented Alvarado Hospital Medical Center.

Pacific Forensic Psychology Associates Inc. signed a five-year lease for 2,408 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive in a deal valued at $305,000. Advo Inc., the nation¹s largest, full-service targeted direct mail marketing company, leased 3,147 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive for $388,000. Brentwood Management Company, a residential property management firm, renewed a four-year lease for 1,120 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive. The deal value is $106,000. Serra Mesa Family Coin Laundry renewed a five-year lease for 1,350 sf at 3238 Greyling Drive in the Serra Mesa Shopping. The deal is valued at $119,000.
