The offices will be used to support the hospital¹s administrative operations. Ken Kisbert of Burnham Real Estate represented The Shidler Group. Tim Rose of National Real Estate Services, Inc. represented Alvarado Hospital Medical Center.
Pacific Forensic Psychology Associates Inc. signed a five-year lease for 2,408 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive in a deal valued at $305,000. Kisbert represented Shidler while Mehrad Nazari of California Real Estate Services represented Pacific Forensic Psychology Associates. Advo Inc., the nation¹s largest, full-service targeted direct mail marketing company, leased 3,147 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive for $388,000. The Shidler Group was represented by Kisbert of Burnham Real Estate. Advo was represented by Tom Nicholas of Colliers International.
Brentwood Management Company, a residential property management firm, renewed a four-year lease for 1,120 sf of office space at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive. The deal value is $106,000. The Shidler Group was represented by Brigham Black, director of leasing and sales, Brentwood Management Company was represented by Jack Kruger of Business Real Estate.
Serra Mesa Family Coin Laundry renewed a five-year lease for 1,350 sf at 3238 Greyling Drive in the Serra Mesa Shopping. The deal is valued at $119,000. Shidler was represented by Kathleen Luci of Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services. The proprietors of Coin Laundry, Gerado and Proserfina Quiambao, represented themselves.
