The Mexican floor-and-wall tile firm has its US headquarters in the Dallas suburb of Garland. The company's Houston retail locations, Ceramic Tile International, are along Richmond Avenue and Todd Street. In all, the firm has 17 corporate-operated retail sites in Texas plus has arrangements with other US retailers to sell its wares. David L. Cook, Todd A. Mason and Jeff G. Peden, all of the Houston office of Cushman &Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented the tenant.
The warehouse is one of 10 in Houston for owner, Hartman REIT Operating Partnership LP, according to Harris County tax records. Paul Sowell of Hartman Management handled the owner's side of the talks. The owner's management arm, Hartman Management, oversees 34 industrial, retail and office locations.
