The new facility at Exeter will sit alongside the group's existing 110,000-sf call centre at Doxford International Business Park in the north east.
London Electricity was advised by Atis Real Weatheralls. Director Peter Halford said: "We have been working closely with LE Group customer services on a review of their national property strategy in response to continuing business expansion. We considered a number of sites and the new development at Exeter Business Park will provide the London Electricity Group with a modern, cost effective and highly efficient building in the South West."
