Thomas has spent the last two years as Chief Executive-International Operations at customer relationship consultancy eLoyalty. Prior to that he spent eight years as a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and before that five years as Associate partner at Andersen Consulting.
In a statement CB Richard Ellis said the move reflects its belief that client care transcends in importance all other aspects of real estate services delivery.
