Biltmore Commercial Center is a 260,000-sf office building. Jennifer Bishop and Mark Seale, also of CBRE's Phoenix office, sat at the bargaining table for the building owner, New York City-based TIAA-CREF. The Biltmore Center is known for its large blocks of contiguous space and three-story atrium and waterscape. Office space is quoted at $22 per sf.
