Grupo Copo, a Spain-based firm, is moving into a 15,000-sf light assembly facility in Wixom, MI. The total investment for this project is more than $1.1 million and the facility will employ 15 people.
Signature Associates - ONCOR International has negotiated a 30,000-sf sale for a building located at 1271 Maple in Clawson to Gantz Maple Properties. John Boyd and Joe Banyai of Signature Associates brokered the deal on behalf of Lorne Hewines.
Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust out of Southfield, is moving forward on four redevelopment projects in Michigan. These include redevelopments at Lantana shopping center, Tel-Twelve Mall in Southfield, Jackson Crossing in Jackson and the Shoppes of Lakeland near Sterling Heights.
