It will be anchored by a 50,409-sf Albertson's super market that will include a Gas-N-Go service station. The project is scheduled to open in the fall of 2003.
In addition to Albertson's, there will be two pad sites to accommodate restaurant, bank or similar users requiring 6,000-sf or 7,200-sf buildings. There will be 24,060 sf of in-line retail space, which can accommodate various tenants.
A typical storefront will be 20 by 80 feet., with some flexibility depending on the use.
