Bankers Hall features twin 44-story office towers atop a four-story retail podium. The property is 96% occupied to high-quality tenants including EnCana Corp., Talisman Energy, RBC Financial and Canadian Natural Resources.
Brookfield purchased the asset from TrizecHahn two years ago along with three other office towers. The total purchase price for the four properties was roughly C$514 million. Brookfield has not revealed details of the sale.
