The accounting firm heads into a two-building, 88,039-sf office complex. The firm is relocating 35 employees from 300 E. Osborn Rd.
The garden-style office was constructed in 1987, has a quoted rate of $17.50 per sf. "The building has a tremendous location and outstanding curb appeal," said John Bonnell, director with the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG. Listed in the property positives is its easy access to the Squaw Peak Parkway.
Bonnell, Insignia/ESG director Don Mudd and associate Jason Moore represented the building owner, Country Club Manor LLC, in the long-term lease negotiations. Don Rodie of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., talked for the tenant.
