The 58,000-sf building was renovated last year, when 13,000-sf of space was added. CIS relocated its space here to 54 Loomis St. in Bedford so its offices could be closer to its two facilities on D'Angelo Court. The building has an additional 15,000 sf of space available.
MicroCHIPS, which develops microchip delivery and sensing systems for use in the areas of pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, animal health, food and nutrition, and consumer products, is based in Cambridge and will use this space for a recently funded expansion.
