Man Group Takes Flex Building at Rouse's Kent Business Park

LONDON-Rouse Kent, a subsidiary of Philadelphia-based Liberty Property Trust, has leased a 43,375-sf flex building at its Kings Hill Business Park in West Malling, Kent to futures broker Man Group.

Kings Hill Business Park offers 2.8 million sf of business space with key tenants including Prudential, Woolwich and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. The 650-acre site also provides leisure and conference facilities and 1,850 homes. It is being developed by Rouse in partnership with Kent County Council.

Strutt & Parker advised Man Group. Knight Frank and Insignia Richard Ellis represented Rouse.
