The 39,000-sf building on 1.73 acres is being offered with a suggested opening bid of $1.5 million. A certified or cashier's check for $150,000 is required to bid at the auction. The auction is at 7 p.m. on October 2, at the Denver Marriott Southeast located at I-25 and Hampden.
