But Trammell Crow Co., responding to client's needs and the changing local office market, dramatically changed its office database.

The company, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Denver and across the country, now is tracking all classes of office buildings in the Denver area that are 20,000 sf in size or larger and are not owner/user buildings.

This increases its office inventory to about 95 million sf from 53 million sf.

The company from now on will use this new inventory in its MarketScope report.
