Greg Abbott, Judi Butterworth and Amanda Meissler, all of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., handled talks for the building owner.
Big Lots Inc., headquartered in Columbus, OH, has 1,654 stores in 45 states due in part to the merger of Consolidated International and Wisconsin Toy. It operates under the brands of Big lots, Pic 'N' Save and MacFrugal's.
