Shaikh Husan, dba as One Stop Cellular, signed a 1,426-sf pact for the Friendswood Crossing shopping center, located at the intersection of FM 518 and FM 528 in far southwest Houston. The 24-Hour Fitness-anchored center is owned by A-S FM 518 & FM 528 LP. Other tenants include Eckerd's, Mystic Nails and Friendswood Fish and Pets. The new deal makes the fourth Houston store for One Stop Cellular.

Raza Nagvi of Remax Suburban Southwest represented One Stop Cellular. Heather Nguyen of Houston's NewQuest Properties handled talks for the building owner.

In an unrelated transaction, Lee Nguyen and Du Tran, dba as Arts & Frames USA, leased a second location, taking 1,400 sf at Eldridge Town Center at the northeast corner of FM 1960 and Eldridge Parkway. The center is anchored by Kohl's and Kroger. Heather Nguyen represented the building owner of record, Eldridge-FM 1960 Ltd.
