According to the terms of the recently signed agreement, SYS will move into the San Diego facility in January 2003, taking 15,006 sf here. The transaction is valued at $1.6 million.
SYS was represented by a Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International brokerage team consisting of Dan Runyon, Mark Wayne and Steve Wolf. The Business Real Estate duo Bill Cavanagh and Tony Russell acted on behalf of Simon Levi Co. Ltd.
The deal follows on the heels of another San Diego County office transaction, involving a $5.5-million lease for space in Rancho San Bernardo. The lessee, Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., signed a deal with NCR Corp. for 51,698 sf at 17095 Via Del Campo.
