Fort Bend MB Land LP was the buyer of record for 7.3 acres at US Highway 59 and Town Center Drive in Sugar Land. The development plan calls for a Mercedes-Benz dealership.
James H. Glanville of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the buyer while Sugar Land Properties bargained for the seller, Towne Center Lakeside Ltd. There are Mercedes-Benz dealerships in North Houston, Greenway Plaza and Interstate 10 or the Katy Freeway in West Houston.
In Houston's northwest submarket, J.R. Boudreaux-249 LP purchased 5.3 acres at the intersection of Texas 249 and Boudreaux Road for the future home of Parkway Chevrolet. David Meyers and Dave Ramsey, both of Houston's NewQuest Properties, represented the buyer. Rich Norris of Greenbriar Real Estate Services in Houston handled talks for the seller, Three Lakes II Ltd.
