Fort Bend MB Land LP was the buyer of record for 7.3 acres at USHighway 59 and Town Center Drive in Sugar Land. The developmentplan calls for a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

James H. Glanville of the Houston office of ColliersInternational represented the buyer while Sugar Land Propertiesbargained for the seller, Towne Center Lakeside Ltd. There areMercedes-Benz dealerships in North Houston, Greenway Plaza andInterstate 10 or the Katy Freeway in West Houston.

In Houston's northwest submarket, J.R. Boudreaux-249 LPpurchased 5.3 acres at the intersection of Texas 249 and BoudreauxRoad for the future home of Parkway Chevrolet. David Meyers andDave Ramsey, both of Houston's NewQuest Properties, represented thebuyer. Rich Norris of Greenbriar Real Estate Services in Houstonhandled talks for the seller, Three Lakes II Ltd.
