Charles Williams paid $1.76 million for the 46-unit Scotia Manor Apartments on Nine Mile Road in Oak Park, MI. Shelby Township, MI-based Gurne Family Partnership sold the property in a deal financed by First Federal of Michigan.
Meanwhile, Williams sold the 56-unit Greenfield Apartments to Basic Properties Inc. for $890,000. Another common denominator was First Federal of Michigan, which wrote the new mortgage for the property at 16225 Greenfield Rd.
Also involved in both deals was Income Property Organization, based here. Managing member Greg Coulter, senior sales associate Jason Gardner and sales associate Scott Cramer brokered the deals.
