The financial terms of the school's lease with business park owner Manekin LLC have not been released, but space in many of the complex's flex/warehouse buildings leases for about $12.50-per-sf.
Mt. St. Mary's new facility in the 15-year-old, 28,000-sf building at 5350 Spectrum Dr. will open late next month with 10 classrooms, as opposed to the three classrooms that make up the school's current 4,500-sf space in 5320 Spectrum Dr. The expansion is part of the college's plan to increase its presence in the area.
