Cognos Takes 68,000 SF in Sublease Deal with Nokia

BURLINGTON, MA-Cognos Inc., the Canadian-based software developer, subleases 68,000 sf from Nokia at 15 Wayside Rd. in Burlington Office Park. The Canadian-based software developer, is using the space to expand its local operations.

Mark Winters, Mark Roth and Dave Townsend of Cushman & Wakefield's brokerage services group represented Cognos and Nokia. Joe Harrington, project manager for The Gutierrez Company, represented his company, the office park's owner, in the transaction.

The building is one of two in the complex, each of which is 135,000 sf. It is located near the Route 128/Interstate 95 and Route 3 cloverleafs, which allows for signage on Route 128. The two buildings are 100% leased to Cognos, InterGen and Nokia.
