Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but industry sources indicated it was a five-year, $3.7 million deal.

Immortal, which was founded by CEO Happy Walters, joins Kilroy as a tenant in the 151,000-sf second building of the complex. Kilroy, which occupies 31,000 sf at the Westside Media Center, moved its headquarters there in May from its former headquarters in El Segundo, Calif.

Immortal will move its 70 employees to its new headquarters space in September. The entertainment company has nine divisions ranging from film, television and music production to talent management, including sports and tours and live events. Immortal was represented by Brad Gross of Equis. Kilroy was represented internally by Kathy M. Delgado, in cooperation with the Insignia/ESG's Chris Houge, Hunt Barnett and Rick Buckley.
