The financial services group previously occupied the 11811 N. Tatum Blvd. office. Mike Sayre, Kelly McKone and Mark Cosmas, all of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., represented the building owner, Gainey Ranch Financial LP. The 269,000-sf office building currently is 85% occupied.
Brian Black of the Phoenix office of the Trammell Crow Co. handled the negotiations for American Express. The New York City-based American Express' travel services division's present office is located in the Biltmore Fashion Park at 2508 E. Camelback Rd. The group also has Arizona offices in the cities of Scottsdale, Oro Valley, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise and Tucson.
