Jeff Turek of the Klabin Co., who represented Altura, says the company will relocate its service center on Oct. 1 from an existing site at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, Calif. Altura was formerly known as Fujitsu Communications Systems.

Altura's new facility is at 2890 E. White Star Ave. in the Bedrosian Freeway Business Center. It is a free-standing concrete tilt-up building with two-story office space, dock high and ground level loading, and on-site parking for 90 cars.

Altura will employ approximately 80 workers at the new site.

Besides Turek, Altura was represented by Kathy Bellinger of Jackson & Cooksey of Dallas, Texas. Bedrosian Freeway Business Center was represented by Rick Ellison and Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield.
