The 95%-leased Lincoln Park Ten is a three-story, 94,234 sf, multi-tenant office building owned by Chicago-based McShane Cos. The Park Ten Business Center is a 550-acre regional business park located along Interstate 10. The quoted rate is $16.75 per sf.

Steve Hesse and Tommy Wilson, both of Houston's Trione & Gordon ONCOR International, brokered the deal for the tenant, a London-based consulting firm with 150 offices worldwide. The Transwestern Commercial Services' Houston team of Eric Anderson and Greg Tilton represented McShane Corp.

Cadence McShane Corp., a construction affiliate of the property owner, handled the tenant improvements, while Mohle Sharp Architects Inc. provided the interior design and space planning.
