The building will have 107,000 sf of living space an additional 47,000 sf of underground heated parking. The high-rise will be owned by Sagebrush Development LLC. Amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, European gardens, private wine cellars, and sauna, steam room and pool, a business center with T1 lines, a fitness center, and state of the art security. Every unit will also have T-1 lines available. Units also will include floor-to-ceiling windows, solid slab granite countertops, and marble powder rooms.
Units range in size from 900 sf to a two-story, 4,500-sf penthouse.
The $29-million construction project is scheduled to open in November 2003.
Davis Partnership is the architect and Martin Design Inc. is the structural engineer.
The main structure will be constructed from an all-concrete frame positioned on a mat foundation system with 320 tons of reinforced steel. The foundation consists of 3,200 yards of concrete that took about 10 hours to pour. The building's exterior finish will use stucco and limestone.
