WFS Financial Inc. has signed a six-year lease for 8,142 sf at 5675 Ruffin Rd. It plans to move into the facility this October.
The lessee was represented by Robin Whetitt of CB Richard Ellis. Ron Miller and Pat Rohan of Burnham Real Estate Services acted on behalf of the lessor, Four Point Partners LLC c/o Menlo Equities.
Four Point Partners also recently secured US Healthworks as a tenant at the Four Points Business Park in a $4-million transaction that was reported last week. US Healthworks, which specializes in occupational medicine and rehabilitation, signed a ten-year lease for 14,587 sf of office space at 5675 Ruffin Rd. It plans to occupy its new space in October of this year.
