Yetter & Warden will be relocating from 600 Travis St., also in the CBD. Houston's Trione & Gordon ONCOR International represented Yetter & Warden in the sublease agreement. McKinsey & Co. was represented by George W. "Trey" Strake III of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.

The building, facing Houston's George R. Brown Convention Center, is owned by Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Group. The tower, more than one million sf, is part of 2.8-million-sf, three-building Houston Center. Another office building, Houston Center 5, is nearing its delivery.

A recent survey conducted by PNC Real Estate Finance and Grubb & Ellis Co. reports about 4.4 million sf of "leased but empty office space" is present in the Houston market, equating to 16.7% of the city's inventory.
