In America Hospitality owns and will manage the new property under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns Inc. The latter is the franchise subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corp.
Besides its 132 guest rooms, the new five-story Hilton Garden Inn also offers 5,000 sf of flexible meeting space and a number of business-oriented features, including high-speed Internet access. The asset is located near the convergence of I-287, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. Nearby corporate tenants include Aramark, AT&T, FedEx, Lucent Technologies and the New York Times.
