The marketing exclusive has gone to NAI Mertz Corp., based in Mount Laurel, NJ, with the firm's associates Rebecca Ting and Tony DiDio heading the assignment. "This is the largest new office project in Southern New Jersey in more than 10 years," according to Ting.
Each building is expected to house a total of between four and eight office condo units ranging from just over 1,100 sf and up, according to Ting. The units are listed at $110 per sf. The developer is targeting medical, professional and high-tech users, along with light industrial users.
The site, located near the Atlantic City Expressway connecting metro Philadelphia with the gaming mecca, is about 10 miles from the former and 30 miles from the latter.
