Hoye was formerly with locally based Regent Partners and Cousins Properties. Among his clients during his tenure with Regent are Abrams Properties and Pulte Home Corp.
At Cousins he was senior leasing representative for Wildwood Office Park, a 1.45 million-sf property in Cobb County.
Hoye has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry in the Atlanta area.
