"The owners have chosen to sell this property in an effort to focus on acquisitions in its more primary markets," says Kevin Dillon, senior associate at the Dietz Organization, which has been awarded the exclusive listing for the sale of the property.
Arbor Pointe is being offered for sale at a price far below its replacement value in today's market, Dillon says.
