Brensco Inc. will build a Repair 1 station at the intersection of College Park and Greenbridge drives. An early December opening is planned. Brent O'Neal of Brensco says he plans to open 15 more locations in the Houston area.
O'Neal handled his side of the talks while the Woodlands used Greg Jordan, director of retail sales and leasing, to bargain its side.
A fifth fire station will rise at the southeast corner of Branch Crossing Drive and Ashland Way in the Village of Sterling Ridge. The Woodlands, as it has done with the other stations, donated the land to the Woodlands Fire Department. Construction will begin in September. Delivery is planned for June 2003.
