David Desper of CB Richard Ellis, who represented the seller along with CB's Tom West, tells GlobeSt.com that the concrete company will move into the new facility from existing quarters in Orange, Calif.
Sierra is an 11-year-old company that produces architectural pre-cast and glass-fiber reinforced concrete products including fireplaces, balustrades and architectural columns used in residential and commercial construction.
The single-story, concrete tilt-up building the company will be moving into was constructed in the early 1970s. The building remains occupied by a single tenant, The Music House, which sells and leases musical instruments. Desper tells GlobeSt.com that The Music House will move out of the building in mid-September.
Sierra Concrete was represented in the transaction by Kathyrn Wheeler and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
