The new tenant has inked a three-year lease for a 54,074-sf facility here, which is one of three buildings in the 181,207-sf complex. Professional Satellite's facility, which stands at 5590 Morehouse Drive, has allowed the company to consolidate its various locations into one corporate headquarters. The facility, which came already equipped with furniture, cabling and wiring, also serves as one of the firm's major call centers.
Professional Satellite has already moved into its newly leased space, joining current tenants Fairfield Properties, AMEC Earth & Environmental and Sony Electronics in the fully occupied complex. The entire transaction, which is valued at $2.1 million, took just two weeks to execute.
The landlord, Arden Realty, was represented by Eric Northbrook, Chad Urie and Brian Driscoll of Colliers International. Glen Volk and Randy LaChance of Voit Commercial Brokerage acted on behalf of Professional Satellite.
