In this capacity, Yeatts will lead a team of 30 Union Bank employees that operate throughout California, Oregon and Washington. His main focus will be building and managing deposit relationships with a wide spectrum of clients, including title insurance companies, homeowner's association property managers and real estate borrowers. Still based in San Diego, Yeatts will now report to executive vice president Jerry DeLange, who is head of Union Bank's institutional and deposit markets. Yeatts is replacing Bruce Steckel, who has been promoted to executive vice president for Union Bank's corporate deposit services.
A 22-year employee of the company, Yeatts has been working with the real estate group since 1994. He has served for the past four years as industry manager for title services, a role that will now be filled by San Francisco-based Stephanie Cihak.
