The property at 4875-4887 E. La Palma Ave., 1260 Hancock St. and 1251-1265 Manaserro St. formerly was known as Foremost La Palma Industrial Park and is 97% leased, according to Voit Commercial brokers. Voit's Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone represented both the buyer and the seller, while the brokerage company's Jack Faris is marketing the available space for lease.
Jon Schisler, a vice president of WLA Investments, says the acquisition is one of a number of purchases in recent months as WLA continues to build its portfolio. The company's holdings include apartment buildings, office complexes and industrial facilities.
The Anaheim Hills property is 97% leased to 38 tenants that include many service-oriented businesses, amont them a geotechnical firm, an investment house, and an engineering company. Other tenants include retailers Jostens, Inc. and Beringer Vineyards.
