Brian Jetty, NTCAR executive director, says the Expo once again has sold all available display spaces. There are 111 exhibitors standing ready for the opening kick-off in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Inter-Continental at 15201 Dallas Parkway in North Dallas. This year, NTCAR will be unveiling its latest service, a property database that has made it off the drawings boards after several years of discussion. Details are being kept under wraps until tomorrow.
Historically more than 1,500 commercial real estate professionals from North Texas attend the four-hour event. Jetty says 600 professionals have pre-registered, a number in keeping with past advance sales performances.
