TMT Properties Inc. purchased eight acres at 8658 Market St. from the Ben Robinson Co. John M. Talhelm and Kevin A. Erck, both of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., brokered the deal on the seller's behalf.
The Talhelm-Erck team also dickered the selling terms for 2.5 acres in the Aberdeen Business Park. The team represented the seller of record, Aberdeen Business Park Ltd. The buyer was R.C. Hinson.
At US Highway 290 and Louetta Road, S.F. Sanders trustee bought five acres in a deal put together by Jeff B. Lokey of Houston's NewQuest Properties.
