Agencies are currently scattered in 13 different locations.
The coordination of the move has been designed to limit service disruptions to the public. Agencies will be moving on a Friday and as a result, may be closed on that Friday move day. It is anticipated that all agencies will be open for business on the following Monday morning.
While the coordination of the five-phase move into the new building has been on-going for several months, the city is also adapting to the challenges of informing citizens, clients and vendors of the move. Fliers, mail inserts, e-mail notifications and media releases are all being used to make citizens, vendors and clients aware of the move.
