Reliable, a producer of cardboard and other corrugated products,currently is based at 12029 Regentview Ave. in Downey, according toCushman & Wakefield brokers Braden Weber, Cameron Driscoll and LukeMcDaniel who represented Reliable.
Weber tells GlobeSt.com that Reliable is moving out of three leasedfacilities, two in Downey and one in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., toconsolidate its operations in Santa Fe Springs. The leases on theexisting facilities were all due to expire by the end of this year,Weber says.
The property Reliable is moving into was developed and is owned byWhittier, Calif.-based Oltmans, which is one of the biggest builders ofcommercial space in Southern California. Besides its constructionoperation, Oltmans owns more than 1 million sf of industrial space inSanta Fe Springs and other nearby cities. Oltmans was represented by JoeMaiolo of Inco Commercial.
