Minnerly tells GlobeSt.com that she initiated conversations with Cushman & Wakefield, acknowledging that the company's recent addition of Robert E. Griffin and his team made her interested in joining the firm. Griffin came to Cushman & Wakefield last summer in a much publicized defection from Trammel Crow Co. in which he brought along his investment team as well.

Last year, Minnerly accomplished in excess of $94 million, representing United Liquors in its lease of 484,000 sf and completing the sale of the 200-acre Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, MA. Minnerly brings Jim Grady with her who will be an associate in Cushman & Wakefield.

Minnerly specializes in the industrial market in the south suburban area, a market that she says is starting to see a great deal of activity.
