Andrew Baker of Houston's NAI Partners Commercial represented the tenant in the lease while Charlyn Brown of Houston's Yancey-Hausman structured the terms for the building owner, NPM Inc. The 12600 Northborough is a fully leased 77,000-sf, three-story suburban office building near Interstate 45 and Kuykendahl Road. The facility, constructed in 1979, was renovated in 1993.
In an unrelated transaction, Andre Granello and Andrew Baker, also of NAI Partners Commercial, handed a lease renegotiation on behalf of Wylie & Associates. The talking led the tenant to shift its 15,733-sf ninth-floor office at 6161 Savoy to the seventh floor.
Steve Rocher of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office represented Regency Savoy Group Ltd., the building owner. The owner purchased the 18-year-old, 219,000-sf building in the late 1990s. It is located near the Southwest Freeway and Hillcroft Street.
