Riverside West is the next phase in Roseland's 200-acre Port Imperial project, a 200-acre master-planned community. The latest phase will join three earlier residential complexes totaling 1,000 units. Long-term build-out for the site envisions up to 8,000 residential units and as much as 100,000 sf of support retail and services. The sprawling tract straddles the towns of Weehawken and West New York, running roughly opposite Midtown Manhattan from 34th Street to 95th street.

Riverside West's units feature "industrial loft-type architecture," according to Burkey. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center and other recreational and entertainment facilities.
