The Crossings at Irving Avenue will have 82 attached units near 10 Mile and Lincoln roads, says Brad Chaklos, president of Camelot Building and Development Co. The company is based in Novi.

"We have had excellent pre-sales interest in The Crossings from single, first-time buyers to empty nesters," Chaklos reports.

The units will be either two- or three-bedrooms with garages and full basements, priced from $240,000. Model construction has begun, and the condominiums should start opening for use by December.

Chaklos did not reveal a construction cost for the project.
