Deitcher joins senior vice presidents John Dempsey and Robert Gillespie as a leader of a leasing group that represents owners with 12 million sf of Downtown office space. He joins CB Richard Ellis as a senior vice president.
The $80-million makeover of the 22-story 175 W. Jackson Blvd. was the Greater Chicago Commercial Real Estate's redevelopment of the year, while Deitcher's leasing efforts also were cited.
It was not Deitcher's first close involvement with a notable Downtown office building. He also has worked with TrizecHahn Corp. and The John Buck Co., who have been involved in leasing, managing and redeveloping the Sears Tower.
